'It is often not possible to give an exact time for restoration where damage to infrastructure is involved and where an outage affects a large area. There might be delays in attending to outages, depending on the particular fault. Our teams are on the ground and are doing their best to assist residents as quickly as possible. We thank residents for their patience and understanding,' said Mayoral Committee Member for Energy, Councillor Beverley van Reenen.
