The City of Cape Town’s Water and Sanitation Department will be doing a bulk water meter installation at the Helderberg College Reservoir in Somerset West.

Due to the nature of this work, it may result in the disruption of the water supply to the Somerset West area between 20:00 on Thursday, 7 March 2019 until 04:00 the following morning.

All taps should be kept closed during this period to prevent any water loss and/or damage when the water supply is restored.

Residents are kindly requested to store water upfront in clean sealed containers for domestic consumption whilst the construction work is in progress.

The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
