The work involves replacing the damaged section of the pipeline as well as the associated fittings.
Residents are kindly advised to ensure that their taps are closed while the repairs are under way to avoid water loss and/or damage when the supply is restored.
A water tanker will be available in the parking area in the vicinity of the Simon’s Town Police Station in St. Andrews Street for residents requiring water for domestic consumption. Covid-19 protocols must be observed when collecting water from the tanker.
