City advises of planned water supply maintenance in Hout Bay
28 July 2023
The City’s Water and Sanitation Directorate will be doing planned work in certain areas, which will result in water supply disruptions.Maintenance work – Pipe and valve installations, repairs and replacements
- Scottsville and Baviaanskloof – Hout Bay
The main water supply to these areas will be shut off temporarily between 10:00 and 16:00 on Tuesday, 1 August 2023. This will enable the maintenance team to do a valve verification exercise on the valves of the water supply network to the Hout Bay area. It will result in the intermittent disruption of the water supply for the duration of the exercise.
The City sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused.
