City-wide tariffs

Quick links to all of the City of Cape Town’s tariff sheets.

The City depends on income from tariffs to provide you with basic services such as water, electricity and refuse collection. New tariffs for City services are published each year with the annual budget and are established in line with our Tariff Policies. See our quick links below to each department's 2026/27 tariff sheets. The 2026/2027 budget and associated tariffs, including the fixed basic charge and home user charge, are in effect from 1 July 2026.
