What we do

We provide a customer relations service to the City's residents and small businesses to address their requirements in terms of access to municipal service delivery, thereby creating a positive image of the City. We do this by rendering and promoting the City's Corporate Contact Centre for non-emergencies and im​proving access to service delivery.
