Attend a bid adjudication meeting
Supply Chain Management (SCM) invites stakeholders to attend their weekly committee meetings as observers.
About
All competitive bids must be awarded by a Bid Adjudication Committee. Tenderers and interested members of the public who wish to follow the awarding process are invited to attend the SCM Bid Adjudication Committee meetings as observers.
Observers at the meeting may not:
- Participate in Bid Adjudication Committee meeting discussions
- Address any member of the committee before, during or after the meeting.
You will be required to sign a register in which your attendance is recorded as well as your relationship, if any, to the specific tender for which you are attending.
Meetings are held every Monday at 13:00 at Committee Room A, 5th Flr Podium, Cape Town.
You will find all upcoming meetings and relevant details on the Council Meeting Calendar.
Please note
All mobile telephones, video or photo cameras, and any other electronic devices must be switched off before the Bid Adjudication meetings begin and/or before entering the meeting room.
How to attend
If you would like to attend a meeting you will need to confirm your attendance.
Please note
Confirmation of your attendance needs to be provided at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to the meeting to ensure that arrangements are made for suitable capacity at the venue.
