Apply to register on the Improved Property Database
If you would like to apply to register on the Improved Property Database to lease accommodation on City-owned land for residential or NGO/NPO and COB purposes, follow the process below.
How to apply to register on the Improved Property Database
The City has limited improved properties available for leasing and a market-related rental applies. When a residential property becomes vacant, potential tenants will be sourced from the database according to certain criteria, e.g. affordability, if they are an appropriate fit.
The database is not a waiting list and registration doesn’t guarantee that your application will be successful or considered.
Please note
Applicants must be permanently employed. If you are self-employed, sufficient proof of income must be provided. All applicants will be subject to credit control and debt profile verification.
Step 1: Download and complete the Improved Property Database Application Form at the bottom of the page.
