Mobile Office to visit Rylands<p>​</p><p>‘The purpose of the mobile service is to give our residents an opportunity to have face-to-face interaction with the officials about their service issues. It is convenient, because it means they do not need to travel to City offices, and spend money on transport. We realise that some people prefer speaking to a person to resolve issues. We are therefore making this service available,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.</p><p>The officials will assist with municipal account enquiries including rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, potholes and all other account enquiries.
