Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. <br></p> | <p>The details of the visits are as follows:</p><ul><li>Thursday, 7 March 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Wallacedene Hall, Boesak Road, Wallacedene</li><li>Friday, 8 March 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Scottsdene Youth Centre, Eoan Avenue, Scottsdene <br><br> <br>During this visit to Wallacedene and Scottsdene, the City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. <br><br> <br>'We hope to see as many residents as possible this coming Thursday and Friday and I really want to encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity by engaging with our staff who will avail themselves for the entire morning. The City's mobile office makes a difference in the sense that you do not have to worry yourself about travelling to your near municipal office.
