Submit a claim against the City

<div class="ExternalClass2ED9F5D511A64A7CB4E1144BF743DF82"><p>If you wish to submit an insurance claim against the City, simply follow the steps below. You must submit an insurance claim within six months of the original date of the incident/occurrence.</p></div>
