Make a walk-in centre booking

<h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2> <p>The City is introducing a new booking system, which will allow you to make your own online booking for the following services:</p><ul><li>motor vehicle licensing or registration <br></li><li>municipal account payments</li><li>enquiries or to make account payment arrangements<br></li></ul><p>The booking service is currently only available at a few selected branches. </p><h2 class="sectHeading">Booking process</h2><ul><li> <strong>Step 1: </strong>Select your walk-in centre branch</li><li> <strong>Step 2: </strong>Select a service<br></li><li> <strong>Step 3: </strong>Select a date and time for your booking</li><li> <strong>Step 4:</strong> Enter your contact details and confirm your name, telephone and email address</li></ul><p>You will receive an SMS and email confirmation with your booking reference, which will be required for check-in on the day of your appointment.<br></p><div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note"></i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>Please note</h4><p> Bookings will only be valid from 15 minutes before, until 15 minutes after your appointment time. If you arrive later, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.<br></p></div></div><h2 class="sectHeading">Checking in</h2><p>On arrival at the walk-in centre where you’ve made a booking, insert your booking reference number on the touch screen terminal to confirm your arrival and receive your unique QMS ticket number.
