The occupational health practitioner must hold a qualification in occupational health recognised by the Health Professions Council of South Africa.</p><h4>The occupational health practitioner is required to confirm that:</h4><ul><li>The applicant’s mobility is severely impaired by an ongoing physical condition.<br></li><li>The applicant’s mobility is temporarily or permanently, and severely, impaired.</li></ul> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note"></i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>Please note</h4><p> <b></b>We have to confirm that the applicant’s mobility is severely impaired.
