Arisen Women

<h2 class="sectHeading">Join Arisen Women</h2><p>Arisen Women provides a free morning health programme to both male and female seniors. The health programme includes blood pressure tests, hypertension tests, diabetes checks and basic care, such as footbaths, as well as dispensing medication prescribed to patients who have been sent from the local day hospital to join the programme. Also on offer is life counselling and talks on how to raise children, and develop better life skills. </p><p>The service is currently offered at the <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/Family%20and%20home/see-all-city-facilities/our-recreational-facilities/Community%20centres/Beacon%20Valley%20Hall">Beacon Valley Hall</a>.
