Mr. Marc Truss attended the meeting: He stated that:
Homelessness is a huge issue and is ongoing. Need to collaborate with all to pool resources. CID have a capability that no one taps into. Do not receive assistance from the City. Departments do not give feedback.

Ald Matthew Kempthorne: Agree that departments all work in their own area and do not always want to assist in other areas. Subcouncil will offer support where needed. Commended all CIDS
RESOLVED that Subcouncil 16 notes the contents of the Audited Financial Statements and Annual Reports for the financial year 2020/2022 of the Green Point City Improvement District (GPCID)
