Ms Amanda Kirk attended the meeting:

Same challenges as other CIDs.Still in good financial standing. Aware of our spending and not committed to big projects yet.

Homelessness: We run a rehabilitation and housing project and use the PEP programme as stipend.

Wish to see more law enforcement visibility. Doing awareness of safety around vehicles. Huge pressure on Public Safety Teams.

· Commended the OBSID for their excellent work.
· Committed to include the Village Green on the ward allocation budget.
Cllr Errol Anstey enquired why their retention funds are low.
