RESOLVED that:
a) Subcouncil 17, having considered the various comments received, does not support the application for the extension of liquor trading hours and days for Sunday 11:00 – 18:00, submitted by Tops Westgate, Erf 806-Shop 3 Westgate Mall.
For reasons set-out as follows:
a.1 No internal layout plan for outlet
a.2 No zoning certificate
a.3 No municipal approved plans for the liquor shop. |
