RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy, the Transport Department’s assessment concluded that:

Hofmeyer Street & Welgemeend Street is considered non - compliant with the Traffic Calming Policy Directives Section 7(3) and does not warrant the implementation of traffic calming measures.

In terms of section 7(3) circumstances does not exist to justify the implementation of traffic calming measures within Hofmeyer Street.

Circumstances does not exists to justify any traffic calming along Stephen Street, Gardens.
