Mr Brendon Abrahams briefed the meeting as to the report.
Cllr Ah-Sing advised that Ward 55 has moved and that the information be included under Subcouncil 16.
Cllr Higham mentioned that work should be completed earlier, so that no work gets done during Winter.
In response, Mr Abrahams said that work takes place from March to June. In July continuation process follow, cleaning of catchment and mechanical areas.
