Resolution detail

 RESOLVED that the application for extension of liquor trading hours in respect of: Pink Candy, 120 Strand Street - De Waterkant, Cape Town On Consumption 02:00-04:00 is NOT SUPPORTED, as it does not comply with the criteria included in the City of Cape Town: Control of undertakings that Sell Liquor to the Public, By-Law, 2013 in terms of the following;
 

1. The notification from SAPS Central Flash commander,  that he reported the premises selling liquor after hours, which is not in the normal liquor trading hours, as required by their Liquor Licence.

2. that this applicant is not in possession of a Business License:  Health and Entertainment – a requirement for a venue having a dance floor and discotheque
