RESOLVED
 

1. Subcouncil 20 approves the application for liquor licence received from Shoprite Liquor Shop Maynard Mall, Erf 67948, Shop 9 and 9A, Cnr Main and Wetton Roads and Lower Church Street, Wynberg, Reference Number WCP041805/A:- for the Extension of Liquor Trading Days and Hours, Mondays to Saturdays 18:00 to 20:00, for consumption off premises.

2. Subcouncil 20 takes cognisance of the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act regarding the sale of consumption of liquor and until the National State of Disaster Act Regulations allows that trading and consumption of liquor can resume normally Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays 18:00 to 20:00 and 11:00 to 18:00 respectively (Extension of trading days and hours) only then can Resolution (a) be implemented.
