The Subcouncil Manager introduced the report on Service requests in Subcouncil 14 for May 2020.

Cllr Manata said that she would like a report regarding the issue of the Department of Housing as some community members have issues and they do not get assistance because the office is closed.

Cllr Makasi said Cllr Manata should write an email to the Subcouncil manager for the matter to be escalated.

Cllr Yozi noted the report supported by Cllr Zondani.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.

That the Report BE NOTED with comment made by Subcouncil.
