That Subcouncil 6 considered the application for the extension of liquor trading hours submitted by Belhar Superspar – WCP/031792, Erf 23352, Cavalier Centre, Robert Sobukwe Road, Belhar, for Monday to Saturday trading as an Off-consumption premises, as well as the various comments/ objections received, and resolved to APPROVE the application for extension of trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00 subject to the following conditions:

Should complaints be received concerning noise and unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and recorded by the City’s Law Enforcement Division;

The applicant is advised that any complaints received concerning the applicants premises, will be forwarded to the Western Cape Liquor Authority to be handled in terms of Section 64(1)(e) and 64(2) of the Western Cape Liquor Act 4. .
