RESOLVED TO RECOMMENDATION
1. Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 25 491), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Ster Kinekor Cinema Nouveau, Cavendish Square, Dreyer Street, Claremont, for Consumption ON Premises, Reference No LLA18050006 BE SUPPORTED.
FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
2. That the application should reflect a clearly demarcated area where alcohol is to be purchased and consumed.
3. That the consumption of alcohol not be permitted inside the cinemas.
