RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
a. The application for the rezoning of Remainder Erf 55864 Cape Town at Claremont from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
b. The application for Council’s consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a hospital on Remainder Erf 55864 Cape Town at Claremont, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions as set out in Annexure A.
c. The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 141(1)(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit the reversing of vehicles over the sidewalk, on Remainder Erf 55864 Cape Town at Claremont, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 55864 Cape Town at Claremont, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
