UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The deviation of the La Paloma Design Manual to permit the first floor on erf 1308 Blaauwbergstrand to exceed the maximum floor area, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A

b. The deviation of the La Paloma Design Manual to permit additions in the common building line at 0.0m in lieu of 2.5m on erf 1308 Blaauwbergstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A

c. The application for Council’s consent in terms of the title deed condition (iii)(A)(c)(iv) for erf 1308 Blaauwbergstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended)

REASONS FOR DECISION
