An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 716 Bishopscourt, relating to unauthorized building work in accordance with the plans drawn by Architects Incorporated, with drawing numbers CB01-100, CB01-101, CB01-102, CB01-200 & CB01-201, all revision A, all dated 2021-01-15.
