That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the use of Remainder Erf 1499 Hout Bay as a boarding house and unathorised building work as per the plans drawn by K&J Honeyman, with drawing numbers 2838AP/1003 Revision 5, dated 28-10-2019, and 2838AP/1002 Revision 4, dated 05-11-2019.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
