RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for the deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 48848 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for the deletion of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 48848 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 48848 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Departure (i) is amended as follows:
1.1 Departures:
(i) Item 22(f)(ii): To permit the carport to be setback 1m in lieu of 1.5m from Governors Lane.
