That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 35815, Cape Town at Surrey Estate, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan no. 2018.10.030 drawn by Creative Style dated October 2018.
