a) The Subcouncils consider commenting on the Draft Universal Access Policy for an Accessible Transport System in the City of Cape Town (Annexure A);
b) The Subcouncils note the Public Participation Plan for the Draft Universal Access Policy for an Accessible Transport System in the City
(Annexure B).
