RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
That the matter REMAINS on the Matters Receiving Attention schedule;
That Subcouncil 2 Office invite the Mayco member for Community Services and Health be invited to the next Subcouncil 2 Activity Day in order to provide feedback on the future development plans for the Scottsville Spray Park/ site.

RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
That the content of the Recreation and Parks: Area North – Quarterly Report to Subcouncil 2: 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 BE NOTED;
That a meeting be arrange with the Social Development department from Provincial, in order to have a more in depth discussion on the SASSA services provided to the community and the current challenges that the City is experiencing;
That other alternative mechanism (s) be looked at as to how to assist the community in terms of (ii) above without any negative impact;
That the department in (i) provide Subcouncil 2 with a feedback report on how the SASSA patrons who is sleeping in front of the Kraaifontein Civic Centre are influencing the booking (s);
That department in (i) above, do regular cleaning at the spray park at the back of the FF Erasmus Community Hall, Scottsville.
