The subcouncil chairperson asked the official to take the meeting through the report.
Cllr Cassiem said that he is aware of the application and would like to regarding the price does the price apply to organization.
Ms. Tshandu said that she will have to consult the evaluation report and revert back to the councillor.
Mr. Daniels wanted to know if we will accept the report or are we going to deferred pending the report from the official. He also said that there is a comment that this went for public participation on the 6th May 2024 and are we going to get a report tabled.
Ms. Tshandu said that they report will be tabled in the subcouncil this is a notice that they will be sending out.
Cllr Cassiem moved to note the report seconded by Cllr Adams.
