The application for extension of trading hours from 11:00-18:00, SUNDAY, submitted by WOOLWORTHS GARDEN CENTRE, CNR MILL & BUITENKANT STREETS, CAPE TOWN, BE DEFERRED, due to further information required, requesting a detailed distribution plan for the off sales, including the scooter delivery services offered as well as the nuisance to the surrounding area.
