It BE NOTED that an amount of R 200 000 for Ward 15 and R 100 000 for Ward 85 are available on the 2022/ 2023 budget Ward Allocation Operational Budget for Grants-In-Aid.

Subcouncil 8 SUPPORT and PROPOSE that the compliant applications (Attached as Annexure A), including that of Animal Welfare Society for Helderberg, be processed and submitted to the Grants-In-Aid Committee, for verification and scrutiny of the applications received from organisations, in terms of the approved Grants-In-Aid Policy.

The Subcouncil administration PUBLISH another request or call for applications for Ward 85 as none of the applications received in this round were compliant with the specific focus area for the funds which support arts and culture.
Councillor Peck joined the meeting again after the discussion and resolution were finalised.
