Resolution detail

a)       That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00
           Monday to Saturday Trading for Off-Consumption premises in respect of   
           Pick n Pay (Epping Gardens), Erf 158602, Viking Business Park, 
           Bounded by Park Road, Mall Road, Viking Way and Showgrounds Avenue, 
           Epping, 7460, Licence Reference Number WCP/041571 – Ward 28, BE      
           APPROVED.
 
b)       Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of
           patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading
           hours being withdrawn.
 
c)       Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons
           will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may       
           jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
