a. The regulation departure in respect of the guest bedroom as set out in Annexure A on erf 13612, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The regulation departure in respect of en-suite 2 as set out in Annexure A on erf 13612, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. The regulation departure in respect of the master bedroom as set out in Annexure A on erf 13612, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
