UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The regulation departure to permit play equipment structures (jungle gym) within the 3.0m common building lines on erf 10129, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The amendment of condition 1(a) of the approval dated 12 June 2015 in order for the play equipment (jungle gym) to be included in the sketch plan on erf 10129, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(c)(ii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend last paragraph in Annexure A to read as follows:
The areas and play equipment structures (jungle gym) to be utilized for the place of instruction shall be generally in accordance with the sketch plan attached as Annexure C.
