UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The rezoning of erf 19440, Milnerton from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Local Business Zoning 2: Local Business (LB2) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A
b. The site development plan for erf 19440, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
