The application in terms of Item 162 of the DMS on erf 3363 Cape Town BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the MPBL, for the proposed building work (additions and alterations) in a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
