UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for permanent departure to permit 19 onsite parking bays in lieu of 25 onsite parking bays, for erf 22230, Kensington BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions in Annexure A and generally in accordance with the plans in Annexure C
b. The application for permanent departure to permit a floor factor of 1.02 in lieu of 1.0, for erf 22230, Kensington BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions in Annexure A and generally in accordance with the plans in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
