The application for removal of title deed restrictions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1897 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
