UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the removal and amendment of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 266 Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the permanent departure as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 266 Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for the removal of restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 266 Green Point relating to condition C2 cannot be considered as such removal has not been assessed
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
