UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for Consolidation of Erven 1058 and 1061 Oranjezicht, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure J, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for Consent Use for a Guest House, as set out in Annexure A, on Erven 1058 and 1061 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
c. The application for City Approval, as set out in Annexure A, on Erven 1058 and 1061 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure J, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
d. The application for Departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erven 1058 and 1061 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
