There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 NOTE that an application for extension of trading hours OFF- CONSUMPTION Sunday (11:00 – 18:00) received from CHARLESVILLE LIQUORLAND was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 15 recommends that the application for an extension of trading hours OFF Consumption Sunday, (11:00 – 18:00), reference no. WCP / 039540, for the business CHARLESVILLE LIQUORLAND, Charlesville BE SUPPORTED.
