It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 NOTE that an application for extension of trading hours OFF- CONSUMPTION Sunday (11:00 – 18:00) received from ZATION NL, 185 King Langalibalele Drive, Langa was considered in terms of subdelegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 15 recommends that the application for an extension of trading hours Sunday OFF Consumption Sunday, (11:00 – 18:00), reference no. WCP / 041965, for the business ZATION NL, 185 King Langa Libalele Drive, Langa BE SUPPORTED
