Ald Thompson said that the cancellation of the Charlesville Landscaping Project will be included in the adjustment budget.

Cllr Esau said that he was not informed about the virement of funds to build informal trading facilities in Elsie river.

Cllr McKenzie said that the Subcouncil Manager should get feedback from Subcouncil 4 regarding the project and revert back to the Ward Councillor. Cllr McKenzie indicated the Bonteheuwel Infill Housing Project is progressing due to good performance proving that that this shows that when everyone works together for a desired outcome we are able to achieve a positive outcome.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.

It was RESOLVED that the Progressive Capital Expenditure Report and Operating Ward & Subcouncil Allocations: October 2024 BE NOTED. Action: A DANIELS / SECRETARIAT
