Activity Day meetings be scheduled each month on the day before Subcouncil Meetings in order for priority concerns to be discussed;

Solid Waste Management be invited to the Subcouncil Activity Day to present on the Solid Waste Proposals;

Recreation & Parks provides Cllr Norman Adonis with A report on the status of the parks in Ward 92.
