At this stage, the time being, 11:30 the meeting was adjourned and again resumed at 11:40 all councilors were present with the exception Cllr Jacobson attending on the electronic platform, Ald. Uys and Ald Vos who had official leave for this meeting. Cllr Pophaim, as per re-approval at 11:40 left the meeting to attend to another official engagement. |
