Resolution detail
It is recommended that Erf 20537 Goodwood, situated at Nassau Street, Tygerdal, in extent of ± 4 087 m² and indicated as ABCDE on Plan 130010634, attached as Annexure A, be reserved for the Human Settlements Planning Department within the Human Settlements Directorate, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised to establish an affordable housing development;

The Human Settlements Planning Department takes responsibility for any required land use processes, as well as compliance with the legislation applicable to the utilisation of the property;

That cognisance be taken of the internal branch comments listed under paragraph 9 below;

The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management of the land and structures to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security, and content insurance, as is applicable;

All costs related to the above are provided for by the Human Settlements Planning Department.
